You will find both of these trust symbols on each page of our website so you can be sure you shopping in safe environment. 3. What are AceToolRepair.com's Shipping and Handling charges? AceToolRepair has a tiered shipping system. If your order is under $20.00 the shipping charge will be $14.99. Any order over $20.00 will have a $9.99 shipping charge. If you need an order quickly we are able to drop ship orders to you and those prices vary. Please contact us if you are interested in this option. 4. What is AceToolRepair.com's Return Policy? Most orders are special order so we dont order the part until the customer orders it from us. Therefore to offset the cost of this if you cancel or return your order a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 5. What if I need parts that AceToolRepair.com does not have schematics for? AceToolRepair.com has an exclusive agreement with Black and Decker, Dewalt, Porter Cable, Delta, Rockwell, and Beaver. If you have one of these brands and do not see a schematic please email us at help@acetoolrepair.com and we can see if the parts are available for purchase. Over the next year AceToolRepair.com will continue to expand our seleciton of schematics to better serve you.
6. Will I be charged sales tax on my order? Orders placed inside the Commonwealth of Kentucky will be charged 6% sales tax. If you are outside of Kentucky you will not be charged sales tax.
7. When will my order ship? Orders ship in 10-14 days. We offer over 80,000 parts and therefore cannot carry every part so we have to special order them. It takes approx 7-10 days for us to receive the part to distribut it to the end user. If you need a part sooner please contact us at 888-901-0446. 8. How do I know when my order has been shipped? When your order is placed your account will display a "processed" status. Once the order has been shipped to you the order will show a shipped status and be accompanied by a tracking number.
